Game Changers at PROMOTE 2022

During the recently organised international trade fair for businesses in Cameroon (PROMOTE 2022), Game Changers grabbed the opportunity to reach out to a wider audience with the call for bolder private sector climate actions.

PROMOTE is a multisectoral exhibition event organised every two years in Cameroon within the city of Yaounde for the general interest of the economy and exhibiting companies or initiatives in particular. This 9-day event presents a wonderful opportunity for promotion of businesses, networking, creating and enhancing partnerships and, meetups among many other advantages.

The 2022 edition was organised under the theme “Industrialisation of Africa, a key to the emergence of the continent”. It brought together actors from a multitude of sectors and of all sizes, including big businesses, multinationals, organisations, educational institutions, and government bodies among others. Some of the key sectors represented included: agriculture and agribusiness, ICT, health, industry, construction, mining, crafts, infrastructure and energy sectors.

Game Changers thanks to the British High Commission had the chance to exhibit within the UK in Cameroon Pavillon over a period of five days (Monday, 28th February – Friday, 4th March).
